The rest is more of the first class luxury: top notch appliances, three up-to-date TV's, comfortable furniture, and first class amenities for everything from the linens to the lighting. We left all too soon with one thing on our minds: we'll be back to 309. Larry G

Extra amenities like coi fish feeding and live music were also an added plus. The beds are not super comfy and probably need to be replaced soon, but otherwise we had a fabulous time! Weilan J

You hope that the property that you prepaid for was all the pictures shown were real, well this place was above the pictures and more.   • Jun 01, 2023 Beautiful condo right on the beach We stayed in BT-309 at Beach Villas at Ko’ Olina. The condo is gorgeous, and the views of the lagoon are breathtaking. It’s so convenient to be so close to the lagoon and pool. We relaxed on our lanai for the best sunsets and listened to the live music from the bar down below. It was truly a wonderful 2 weeks in Paradise. Highly recommend this condo and Ola Properties who manages the rental were very communicative and check-in was a breeze.   • May 17, 2023 Perfect Place 2nd visit to Ko Olina Beach Villas and it was even better than the 1st. The view from unit BT-309 did not disappoint us as it was as advertised. The property is well maintained and the front desk was welcoming. The only negative aspect was the beach bar staff who did not seem to be happy seeing people enjoying themselves while they have to work. Philip C

  • Jan 04, 2023 Fabulous family vacation We had the best vacation in this condo. The view was unbeatable from every room, and we especially enjoyed watching the sun set from the patio. We loved going right down to the beach and pool, and my kids loved getting hot dogs and ice cream at the bar. Huge shoutout to Jordan at Ola Properties for being gracious enough to do a Target pickup for a mini-Christmas tree and decorations and have it set up in the condo when we arrived on December 23. My kids were so happy to have a tree for the holiday. We brought a sound machine with us so the kiddos were able to go to sleep even when the music was playing at the bar right outside in the evening. We also brought some extra plastic hooks to hang over the towel racks in the bathroom so that we had a few more places to hang things (as others have noted, there isn't a lot of space to hang towels, etc.) Would highly recommend this condo and the property overall. We stayed at the Beach Villas pre-Covid, but the view from this unit made our visit this time even more special. Emily H
  • Nov 29, 2022 Incredible view and great amenities! We just completed an 8 night stay at this property and it far exceeded our expectations! We were deciding between this unit and another, and ultimately chose this one because of the view. You absolutely cannot beat it! The condo was even better stocked than advertised. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach wagon, and we found beach towels under the bathroom sink on our last day. Though we are out of the baby/toddler stage, it seemed well equipped for that as well - pack n play, booster high chair, etc. Our kids loved playing at the beach, but also took advantage of the beautiful pool. We enjoyed cocktails on the lanai while live music played in the evenings, just below us. Though we saw a lot of other people around the buildings, we never heard a single neighbor while in the condo. We were grateful to have a designated parking spot (the property actually has two designated spots), but were relieved that we rented a full sized sedan. Just note that the spots are tight and we noticed that people driving oversized SUVs had difficulty parking around us in the garage. We had the most incredible vacation and can't wait to come back to this same property! Allison C

  • Jul 17, 2022 Amazing Stay! The photos and online virtual tour DO NOT do this villa justice! My family and I had a FANTASTIC 8 night stay at this villa. We will definitely be back. The accommodations and amenities were perfect. There were two boogie boards, snorkeling gear and five beach chairs to use. There was also a small cooler bag with a should trap allowing you to bring your cold drinks with you. We were literally just steps from the beach and the grounds and property landscaping were immaculate. The stackable washer and dryer really hit it out of the ballpark for my wife who was thrilled to be able to go home with clean laundry--not to mention the fact that it enabled us to have a clean dry bathing suit each day. The only very minor critique I would have is that the blender was not suited to make frozen drinks. Each time we tried, we had ice chunks instead of crushed ice. Would be great to have had a blender capable of making frozen cocktails. Joseph R

  • Jun 28, 2021 Best resort on the Island My family go to Hawaii every year and this is by far everyone's favorite place to stay due to the size of the rooms; that it is pretty quiet and the beach is not crowded. I prefer this place over the three neighboring hotels which I have also stayed at. Natalie B

Beds and furniture are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and there are floaties, boogie boards, and lounge chairs for your use. Check-in and check-out were easy and we were met by an Ola representative when we arrived at the villa. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunset was a highlight for us. One thing to note, although the kitchen has plenty of tools, there is no food in the home. If you are planning on doing lots of cooking, you will need to purchase spices (even salt and pepper), oils, coffee, tea, etc. This may be due to Covid and was not a problem for us. Overall we had a perfect week in Ko Olina and can't wait to return. Jennifer E

Hearing the waves pound against the huge stone breakwaters can make you think you are in a spa! It is a photographer's paradise. The condo is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Ola management is very responsive; the personalized website they sent just before our trip was filled with information about the unit, the local restaurants and things to do while on the island. (Except binoculars would be nice for looking out on the ocean). Spacious and clean!!Our unit was overlooking the beach and the views were ideal. Sunsets......aaah!!   • Jun 15, 2014 Fabulous stay Our stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas was fabulous! The view from our unit was wonderful, and we could have been happy sitting on the lanai for days. The unit was clean and well appointed; it was everything that it was made out to be. I would definitely rent this unit again; actually, I would not want to stay anywhere else! There were, however, a few minor issues that probably need to be dealt with. One was the air conditioner in the main living and extra bedroom. I realize that the air turned off when the doors were open, but especially the bedroom did not stay cool especially during the night when the doors had been closed and locked for hours. Also, there was some sort of mixup with the lights in the two bedrooms; when you turned the switch in one bedroom, it controlled the lights in the other bedroom, and vice versa. It was at times very funny and at times extremely frustrating! We had four very educated people, yet we could never figure out the system. We should have called about the problem, but we just kept trying to get it to work correctly - to no avail. 🙂 Cheryl G

After spending the previous week on Kauai and making many sightseeing trips, etc. it was nice just to stay on-sight and enjoy the perfect lagoon/beach. Our DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit overlooks Lagoon #2. We enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning on the huge lanai. When we'd return in the evening, it was back to the lanai, but the drinks of choice turned to Mai Tais as we witnessed breathtaking sunsets directly in front of us. We previously lived in Hawaii, so we knew exactly what we were looking for as we returned for a very special vacation. We found that and more here at this spectacular resort. Aside from the fabulous lanai, the condo is beautifully furnished, and the Chef Roy Yamaguchi kitchen is equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances. May 22, 2014 Our stay in BT309 We loved staying at BT-309. Very attentive service when we had a request. Two suggestions, sheets need to be replaced because they were rough and also a large stainless garbage can in the kitchen. We will make it an annual vacation! Jeannie H

Jan 06, 2014 Spectacular View! The view from BT309 was spectacular! Waking up to this each day was truly amazing. After spending the previous week on Kauai and making many sightseeing trips, etc. it was nice just to stay on-sight and enjoy the perfect lagoon/beach. A real bonus was the fireworks for New Year's Eve on Lagoon #1. Really cool to be able to view from our lani. Scott R

Aug 20, 2013 EXQUISITE LUXURY! We've are blessed to have stayed at numerous top-notch resorts in exotic locations throughout the world. This resort is without parallel! Our DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit overlooks Lagoon #2. We enjoyed drinking our coffee each morning on the huge lanai. When we'd return in the evening, it was back to the lanai, but the drinks of choice turned to Mai Tais as we witnessed breathtaking sunsets directly in front of us. We previously lived in Hawaii, so we knew exactly what we were looking for as we returned for a very special vacation. We found that and more here at this spectacular resort. Aside from the fabulous lanai, the condo is beautifully furnished, and the Chef Roy Yamaguchi kitchen is equipped with high-end, stainless steel appliances. If you are looking for one of the most beautiful locations and condos on the island of Oahu, look no further. You've found it right here! Judy *
May 24, 2013 "Great Views" Our family of 5 stayed in this unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the location. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. The location is quiet, yet a short drive to restaurants, spas, and sightseeing. We loved being on a quiet lagoon. The water was great for swimming and snorkeling. Travelfamily *
